Neskape – Escape to Neskowin

This home was carefully designed by UHD team, leaving no detail untouched. We completed this beautiful project in February of 2020. While designing this space, the entire building process took 6 months from start to finish. We highlighted the modern bones of the home with warm wood accents curated with cozy interiors, soothing color pallet touch to give you a true homey experience. A sophisticated blend of comfort and beautiful simplicity to take you away on your next get-a-away. With impeccable panoramic ocean views to enjoy and a total of 6 spacious bedrooms each with luxurious bathrooms. Our kitchen, dining, living areas, and covered patio decks are spaces you can make memories with loved ones.

Neskape was created for larger groups of gatherings to come and rest – a one-of-a-kind retreat. A home where you can breathe in the fresh salty air, and simply pause and enjoy life. It’s located in a private gated community plus a quiet neighborhood. Surrounded by deep forest hike trails including a 10 minute walk down to a private beach.

Where is Neskowin Beach? This picturesque beach is tucked away along the breathtaking HWY 101. It’s located 70miles from Portland in Tillamook County. 15 minutes south from Pacific City. A charming coastal town with a beautiful 3 mile long sandy beach where the Kiwanda Creek flows. Neskowin is known for its famous sea stack “proposal rock” which you can hike. A true treasure trove that’s usually not very crowded.

Time truly moves a little slower in Neskowin.
