rental Policies

Neskape is located in a peaceful, private community. To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and neighbors, and to comply with Tillamook County vacation rental regulations, please review the following rules:

  • 14 GUESTS + 3 CHILDREN AGE 0-12 = 17 GUESTS TOTAL MAX

  • 3 NIGHT MINIMUM (varies seasonally)

  • AGE 25 MINIMUM TO BOOK

  • E-SIGNED RESERVATION AGREEMENT REQUIRED

  • CHECK-IN TIME: 4PM + CHECK-OUT TIME: 11AM

  • NO PARTIES - NO WEDDINGS - NO WEDDING RECEPTIONS

  • NO SMOKING

  • NO COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY OR FILMING. Please email us if you would like to set up a contract that would allow for an additional fee.

  • PET POLICY Unfortunately we are unable to accept pets. .

  • NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS - Only the guests listed under the booking.

  • HOT TUB & SAUNA - Age 6+ (adult supervision required)

  • NOISE - Quiet Hours begin at 9pm.

  • BABIES & TODDLERS count towards our maximum occupancy. Please note there are no baby gates or stair barriers.

  • NO REFUNDS - 50% due at time of booking + 50% due 60 days in advance.
